Absolutely couldn’t be happier!!! As far as we’re concerned there is no other caterer!!! We are ready to book our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah and cannot wait to use Encore again!! As a side note, just to let you know what kind of people make up Encore, when my photographer could not get there due to the storm, Karen (in the midst of everything else she was doing) started taking photos for us!!! Luckily, the photographer made it and Karen was able to go back to being a caterer. Encore is the BEST!!! Best Food, Best Staff, Best Service, Best Everything!!!

You guys were fantastic! You must hear it all the time-but every one of our guests RAVED about the food! Not only was the food amazing, but the presentation of course was awesome & the staff great...we cannot wait to have another party just to work with you guys again! I can’t thank you enough for making the day all it was!

My friends and family could not stop raving about the food and service. They stood by the door waiting to be the first to try all of the different cocktail hour foods. They said the bartender made great drinks and it was flawless!!!

Never having had or attended a house wedding, Encore did a PHENOMENAL job! The food was PHENOMENAL! I had nothing to do with choosing the menu- that was all the bride & groom’s mother. I provided the house - and I was never so happy to have someone else take over my kitchen! The staff even removed the folding chairs, set up the tables & cleaned up after the affair was over. All of the guests were raving about the food and what a great wedding in my home - making it more casual and the ability to walk around and talk to different people. Thanks Encore for a GREAT wedding!

Encore exceeded our expectations in all areas - quality of service, professionalism of staff and taste and presentation of the food. The food was scrumptious and there was no skimping on the quantity! I would most definitely recommend without reservation!

Top quality service and food! I wanted something special-not the usual neighborhood party-and I was fully satisfied! In fact, you exceeded my expectations! One of my friends who is having a party next week commented, “I hope my caterer is as fabulous as this!”

BEST COCKTAIL HOUR EVER! I'll never be able to enjoy another one quite the same. The mozzarella station was killer. Our guests raved about the food. My only regret was not getting to sample everything, though I did my best with a little help from my friends (curry chicken was dee-licious).
The salad was wicked good (I can still taste the tuna) and the filet mignon/sea bass was a huge hit. Everyone loved the passed deserts. Please extend my compliments to the Chef. Thanks for everything.

I just wanted to thank you again, everything exceeded my expectations. The food (& presentation) was unbelievable - I can’t tell you how many people made it a point to tell me how good the food was. My contemporaries go to their fair share of parties & are quite the critics & thus far I’ve been told that “it was so nice not to have the same old same old again”, “the food was so different”, “it was the best party food we’ve ever had”, “the waiters were so nice”, “I couldn’t believe the bartender remembered what I was drinking & had it ready for me by the time I made it to the front of the line”, “the mozzarella was so good - I’ve never seen anything like it”, “I think this is the first time my son ate at one of these”, “I love that I didn’t have to choose between the meat & fish & that I didn’t have to share with my wife“.
